Prices
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA): 8 % in the border region and 16 % elsewhere in Mexico; the final VAT is calculated from the delivery postal code before payment. Prices may change without notice; paid orders keep their price.
Stock
We show the stock of each store. Products without stock appear as "Special order" and are quoted by WhatsApp or email.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed by email once payment is received. For questions about an order, contact us with your order number.
Invoices
If you need a CFDI invoice, request it at facturacion.surtiaceros.com with your purchase details.
Shipping and returns
Shipping cost and delivery time are shown before payment (see Shipping information). Returns follow our Return policy.
